I love being part of an art exhibition, whether solo or group……and it is very special when my artwork can be used to help support my favourite charities!

For many years art was a much loved hobby and it was only when our youngest child started school that I was able to find the time to work towards my long held dream of being a professional artist! And so…..after over twenty years of working in the UK and overseas as a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife, I returned to my studies and gained a B.A. (Hons) Design, specialising in Natural History and Scientific Illustration. I then went on to study on a post graduate program with the Medical Artists Education Trust here in the UK. I qualified as a Medical Artist in December 2008.
I now enjoy working in the visual arts as a fine artist, designer and illustrator, medical artist, art demonstrator and writer.
